A registered sex offender from Brooklyn who has been arrested 169 times was arraigned Tuesday for grinding on two female commuters, officials said.

A 28-year-old Jersey City woman said she has encountered Gian Verdelli, 61, three times on a New York area commuter train since June.

Meanwhile, a second woman had gone to cops and said she too was a victim of the man's advances, sparking an undercover sting.

Plainclothes Port Authority Police Officers Joe Brenneck and Brian Isaacs cuffed Verdelli Monday at the Grove St. PATH station, officials said.

Verdelli — a registered sex offender in New York — has a rap sheet dating to 1970, the PAPD said. He is being held without bail at the Hudson County Jail on two counts of criminal sexual contact and drug charges.
