Cindy Sheehan, Roseanne Barr's running mate for the presidential election, made an appearance in Fresno. She joined Peace Fresno at Blackstone and Shaw to protest war and President Obama's foreign policy.

Sheehan's son was killed in Iraq, back in 2004.

She's also known for setting up a protest camp outside of George Bush's ranch that same year.

After the protest, the group marched to a church to talk about peace.

"That's what the march is for, to end the wars. Call attention to the fact that we're still at war and to hopefully inspire a new movement against the wars."

Sheehan also talked about her new book, Revolution, A Love Story.

The fifth book she's written in her quest for peace.
