Man Nearly Drowns In San Joaquin River Near Skaggs Bridge

Witnesses say a man had been drinking before getting in the water. He was underwater fro 5 to 10 minutes. He was unresponsive when rescue workers pulled him out. He was taken to the hospital where his condition is unknown at this time.
