Antojitos
Quesadilla Sabrosita - Two corn tortillas filled with Sal’s savory Short Ribs of beef, cheese and fresh cilantro garnished with fresh pico de gallo salsa and crema
Santa Fe Salad - Grilled Romaine lettuce, roasted corn, black beans, tomatos, queso cotija, garnished with blue corn tortilla strips and cilantro dressing.
Guadalajara Empanadas - (3) Pillows of corn masa filled with a vegetable sauté of roasted poblano and red bell peppers, mushrooms, fresh corn, jack cheese, garnished with roasted tomatillo salsa and queso fresco.
Entremeses
Short Rib Dinner - Boneless beef short ribs slow roasted in Sal’s “secret sauce”. Served with arroz Mexicano and frijoles refritos with your choice of flour or corn tortillas.
Mexico City Enchiladas - Two Chicken and Mole Rojo Enchiladas topped with lettuce, queso fresco and sliced red onion. Served with arroz Mexicano and frijoles de la olla.
Camarones ala Diabla - Six Black Tiger Shrimp sautéed in a chipotle garlic butter sauce. Served with cilantro rice and black beans.
Taco Trio - Three savory soft tacos of Carne Asada, Short Ribs, and Carnitas, dressed with cilantro, white onions and roasted tomatillo salsa. Served with arroz Mexicano and frijoles de la olla.
Baja Basa Fish Dinner - Tender filet of Basa, lightly dipped in adobo sauce and seasoned flour, pan seared to a crisp. Garnished with house made tartar and sliced avocado. Served with cilantro rice and black beans.
