Police have arrested a second suspect in connection to a recent convenience store robbery and homicide.
Officers took Dwayne Dodson into custody around 10 a.m. Friday morning. It happened in the 4700 block of Polk Avenue near Shaw.
Police say Dodson tried to rob a convenience store near the corner of Tulare and 7th last week. A store clerk was shot and killed during the robbery.
Police also arrested Christopher Roberts in connection to the robbery last friday.
Dodson is a paroled gang member.
