Small Businesses Wait Patiently as Clock Winds Down to Election

Small business in the valley are in wait-and-see mode as the election looms. Visalia chamber president expects business owners to hold steady on big business decisions. In Visalia 3-5% of lots downtown are vacant. A good number considering the recent economic down turn.

Meanwhile vice presidential candidate Paul Ryan was in south Florida to talk about Romneys plan to build a better small business economy.
