Sutton's Alleged Shooter Pleads Not Guilty

20 year old Terrance Lee was arrested by Fresno police in the shooting death of 18 year old Marquis Sutton

Terrance Lee pleads not guilty in a courtroom Friday morning. Lee faces murder charges in Monday's fatal shooting of Marquis Sutton at Lee's central Fresno apartment.

Police say Lee shot Sutton in the back then, with the help of another man, dragged Sutton to the sidewalk in front of the apartment. Sutton later died at the hospital.
