Fresno PD: Suspect Pushes Child Into Traffic to Avoid Arrest

An hours-long standoff with police and an armed man is over after investigators say the man tried to push a child in a stroller into traffic to escape arrest.

It happened late Wednesday afternoon near Butler and 10th in southeast Fresno.
