A Texas bartender was arrested during a weekend sting operation for allegedly over-serving cocktails to an already inebriated and rowdy patron.

Chelsea Willburn, 24, was charged with a liquor license violation Saturday after undercover officers observed her serving alcohol to a man at Baker Street Bar and Grill in The Woodlands who they say was so drunk that he was stumbling about and shouting racial slurs.

Willburn was arrested as part of a crackdown on drunken driving launched by the joint Cars and Bars Task Force that was formed in Montgomery County in response to a recent spike in intoxication manslaughter incidents.

The 24-year-old mixologist was charged with one count of misdemeanor sale of alcohol to an intoxicated person and released on $750 bail, the Houston Chronicle reported.
