Going to the grocery store may be the most banal thing we all trudge off to do on a regular basis, at least until virtual shopping takes hold.
For now, we'll have to continue deal with angry cashiers, overpriced items and sheep-like customers blocking the aisle with their carts.
But life would be much more interesting if our grocery shopping experience was like the photos in this gallery — from flamboyantly costumed consumers to people hiding in the shelving.
