A homeless man was arrested at Civic Park after a wedding party allegedly caught him exposing himself, the Hanford Police Department said Monday.

Hanford police Sgt. James Lutz said a wedding party was taking photos at the park around 5:30 p.m. Saturday when they reported seeing Charles Lake Davis, 51, of San Jose, with his genitalia hanging out of his pants. The party flagged down a passing police officer.

Davis was found to be under the influence and in possession of methamphetamine. When the officer took him into custody, he refused to comply and had to be forced into the back of the police car.

Davis was arrested and booked into the Kings County Jail for being under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, resisting arrest and indecent exposure. He is being held in lieu of $25,000 bail.
