Tulare County deputies arrested two men earlier this week. Both are suspected of sexually assaulting minors and both cases are completely unrelated.

Sergeant Chris Douglass said, "We're very fortunate we were able to put two in custody."

One of those men is William Wayne Henderson, An 82-year-old from Tulare. Deputies say he sexually assaulted a boy multiple times in five years. His neighbors didn't want to be identified but they say Henderson was mean and seemed suspicious.

A neighbor said, "I didn't know, you just kind of get the idea...I don't like the house...it gives me the heebie jeebies."

Henderson is a registered sex offender. Neighbors say management was in the process of evicting him because he violated some apartment rules. "I'm glad because these people have young kids and this lady over here has a young daughter so I'm glad he's gone," the neighbor added.

Deputies also arrested Jose Luis Molina. He's 41-years-old and lives in Visalia. Detectives started investigating him in November. They say he sexually assaulted a girl for 3 years of her life, between 11 and 13.

Sergeant Chris Douglass said the investigation didn't stop there, "Once we started investigating we found out there were additional victims not just the one we originally had."

She says he was booked on 38 counts of sexual assault with 4 minors. The sheriff's department hasn't released any information about the additional victims or their relation to Molina.

Molina and Henderson were expected to be formally charged sometime Wednesday afternoon. The Tulare County District Attorney's Office didn't have updated information when we called.
