A Tulare family is searching for a missing chicken.
As crazy as it sounds, this is no ordinary chicken. It's an award winning show hen named 'Dust Mop.' the animal was on display at the Tulare County Fair over the weekend. When the fair wrapped up, Dust Mop disappeared.
A 17-year-old FFA student owned the chicken. Family members are hoping the thief will return it. "We're hoping this person will see this on the news and have some kind of compassion and caring in their heart and will realize what they've done."
Dust Mop is also the star of a traveling petting zoo.
