Tulare police are urging people to use caution near bank ATM's after several nighttime armed robberies downtown.

Police say a suspect has struck three times in downtown Tulare at night after the victims used the ATM, the first two happening a few weeks ago near the Bank of America. The latest incident happened Saturday night at a Wells Fargo bank.

In all the robberies, the suspect robs the victims at gunpoint.

Tulare police are warning people to either avoid using ATM's at night or to be aware of your surroundings and report suspicious people.
