Two Dead, Over 120 Injured After Foggy Texas Pileup

(NBC DALLAS) - By FRANK HEINZ A massive crash along Interstate 10 near Beaumont has killed two people and injured up to 120 after as many as 100 vehicles collided in extremely dense fog on Thanksgiving morning.

Nearly all manner of highway vehicles were involved in the pileup, including, cars, SUVs, a charter bus and several big-rigs, KPRC-TV in Houston reports. Texas Department of Public Safety trooper Stephanie Davis said two people in an SUV died after the crash, but declined to provide details.

The crash took place in extremely dense fog shortly before 9 a.m. along a two-mile stretch of road between Taylor's Bayou and Hampshire Road, NBC News reported.
