A north valley school bus driver has been arrested for allegedly committing a sexual act with a minor.
Last Tuesday 58-year-old Efrain Orozco was found in the back seat of a car with a 17-year-old female student.
Merced police say both of them had their pants down when they were discovered.
Investigators say that Orozco is a school bus driver and the female student was a passenger on his bus earlier that day.
Orozco was booked into the Merced County Jail and is facing contact of a minor with the intent to commit sexual acts.
