Verizon Workers in Florida Accused of Stealing Customer's Nude Photos

Verizon Wireless worker Gregory Lampert, 26, has been charged with dealing in stolen property, theft of computer data and distributing lewd material -- all felonies. Police reportedly found nude pictures of a customer on his phone and computer at his store.

Two employees at a Verizon Wireless store in Florida are accused of copying nude pictures of a female customer from her phone and then sharing them with at least one other customer, according to authorities.

Bartow police arrested Gregory Lampert, 26, and have a warrant out for Joshua Stuart, 24, following a Sept. 14 incident in which the female customer went to the Verizon Wireless store to get her damaged cellphone replaced.

According to a police report, Stuart helped the unidentified customer – a waitress at a nearby restaurant – transfer data to her new phone. After she left, Stuart allegedly kept her old phone, which still had her data on it, the smokinggun.com said
