WEB EXCLUSIVE: Press Conference Details Charges in Fresno State Fraternity Pledge Death

On Tuesday, the Fresno County District Attorney announced charges have been filed against three students following the death of a Fresno State fraternity pledge.

Twenty eight year old Leonard Serrato, 24 year old Aaron Raymo and 22 year old Daniel Baker have been charged with two misdemeanors in the hazing death of 18 year old Philip Dhanens.

Dhanens died after a night of heavy drinking during an initiation with the Theta Chi fraternity.

At a press conference, DA Elizabeth Egan along with Fresno Police Chief Jerry Dyer laid out charges facing the young men.
