It's no secret the Fresno County Jail has been battling major issues for years and a new report released on Tuesday confirms those problems, suggesting the county needs to make serious changes now.
In Tuesday's Web Exclusive, Fresno County Sheriff Margaret Mims speaks to the Board of Supervisors to expand on those problems and what can possibly be done.
