A Florida woman was charged with aggravated assault after she attacked a man over a fortune teller’s prediction, officials said.
23-year-old Angelique McGuire began arguing with Broderick L. Campbell, after a fortune teller told her that she would have Campbell put in jail for the rest of his life, officials said.
According to the arrest report, Broderick told McGuire he was going to leave her and began video- taping the argument while standing on top of the bed. At the same time, a mirror fell off the wall and cracked, prompting McGuire to grab a piece of the broken mirror and throw it at Broderick, cutting his face, the report said.
McGuire was taken to the Broward Sheriff’s Office where she was released on $12.500 bail.
