Employees have filed suit alleging work and wage violations. Waitresses say they've got to buy their own uniforms and work off the clock. Local restaurant managers say they've done nothing wrong. They'll decide their course of action on the lawsuit in the next couple of days. Demonstration for Fresno activist http://www.ksee24.com/news/local/88528947.html Protesters gathered in Downtown Fresno Thursday night to show their support for a local gay rights activist. More than half a dozen people demonstrated in front of the federal building. Robin McGehee was arrested in Washington, D.C. Thursday. Published reports say McGehee helped two soldiers protest against the military’s “don’t ask, don’t tell” policy.
