Last week employees from the Counties of Fresno & Tulare and the cities of Tulare, Ceres & Waterford put their best feet forward for good health. It was all part of the San Joaquin Valley Insurance Authority's push to improve physical fitness. In addition to getting folks moving, the week-long challenge also created a little friendly competition between the groups of walkers.
