There has been a bomb threat at Washington's Dulles International Airport. After searching terminals and finding nothing, police are investigating in the airport's parking garages. The terminals are open and flights are operating normally.
There had been a temporary hold which prevented arriving flights from proceeding to the gates.
Several flights have been delayed.
