A federal law that's provided plenty of controversy in its lifetime has achieved a major milestone. In 1990, President George Bush, Sr. signed the Americans with Disabilities Act into law. KSEE 24's Jobin Panicker looks at how perceptions of the disabled have changed in those two decades.
