It's being called a significant development for Central Valley issues. Republican State Senator Dave Cogdill has been elected Senate Republican Leader in Sacramento. With the Republican Assembly Leader also from the valley...it's a unique situation. Both republican leaders, Cogdill and Assemblyman Mike Villines say they'll work hard for the state as a whole. But having two valley lawmakers sit in the big five meetings in sacramento with a republican governor who loves the Central Valley...could make for a loud valley voice on key valley issues. Jon Brent reports.
