Assembly Speaker-Elect Karen Bass to be sworn in Tuesday

This morning on KSEE Sunrise Faith Sidlow talked live with Assembly Speaker-elect Karen Bass who's being sworn in today as the first African American woman and the first Democratic woman to serve as speaker.
