I have bad expeience with DTV. I do nt get very good reception, will lose signal in the middle of shows, sometimes will not get 24 or PBS, other times I will. What kind of fix is available? Cable TV is not available where we live.

I use inside antennas for 2 TVs.I have bought new uhf-vhf antennas and can see only channel 18 and 26 with the converter boxes. Has channel 24 started to send digital yet? If it has, what is wrong with my set up. We have never had a rooftop antenna and have always had good reception.
