Methamphetamine addiction is being called an epidemic in the Central Valley. Experts say It knows no socio-economic boundary. While there are privately funded recovery programs. State sponsored programs are facing cutbacks forcing long waits for addicts to enter recovery.
In this exclusive interview, our own Jon Brent speaks with certified addiction therapist Rick Flores. He says there's hope for abusers, but it takes a first step.
