KSEE 24 News continues to follow the Water and financial crises in the Central Valley. The latest report puts the figure at 1 billion dollars lost in agricultural production so far, and 40 thousand workers unemployed. Micky Paggi, Director for the Center of Agricultural Business at Fresno State speaks with our own Jon Brent, and calls what's happening in the valley in 2009, a catastrophe.
