California has seemingly plugged a 26 billion dollar budget deficit. But there's grave concern for one valley lawmaker, 29Th Assembly Member Mike Villines of Clovis. In part one our exclusive Central Valley Focus interview, Jon Brent sits down with the former republican assembly leader. He stepped down as leader before these latest budget negotiations, and now has plenty to be worried about for the Central Valley.
