With Fresno County "notices of defaults" 30% higher this year than last, a new program spawned with 7 million dollars in federal stimulus dollars has come to the aid of Fresno County. In this exclusive Central Valley Focus Interview, Jon Brent speaks with Broker/Agent Dave Jeffers with Rainey Real Estate. Jeffers shares details of the Neighborhood Stabilization Program. It gives money saving incentives to buyers of vacant foreclosed homes while cleaning up neighborhoods.

what about those losing thier homes? Again; this helps the banks, it gets one more house off thier forclosed list. the banks have received millions of bail out money from taxpayers, but won't help those about to lose thier homes!
