We heard it, Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke pronounced the recession over last week. But is it? Sad to say one analyst says no. In this exclusive central valley focus interview, economic analyst Monique Runge of Marquis Capital Solutions says the economic bar has been lowered for everyone.
