The foreclosure crisis is showing no signs of ending. It's still scary times for homeowners, one in eight mortgages are ending in default or foreclosure. What's worse, homeowners are even re-defaulting on their loan modifications. In this exclusive Central Valley Focus, No Home Owner Left Behind's Jeff Schrager sits down with Jon Brent and shares the current lay of the land and news of legislation signed in Sacramento to curb modification fraud.

anyone that thinks the recession is over is crazy, just because retailers have a good month doesn't mean its over, it just means your underware have holes and you need new ones, also everyone got to eat. "NO JOBS" means no homes, no homes means no jobs, without new construction of homes, retailers are only selling socks & underware!! RECESSION OVER tell that to the 1 in 8
