Positive economic news continues to come from congress in the form stimulus dollars extending unemployment benefits and first time and now existing homeowner tax credits. In this exclusive Central Valley Focus interview. Jon Brent speaks with financial analyst Monique Runge. She believes the stimulus dollars are good, but if the economy is ever going to stand on it's own...the dog will have to quit chasing it's tail.
