A new study says you're probably not buckling up your child correctly. Less than 20% of parents are using rear-facing seats.
Less than 40% of parents have their kids in booster seats when they should.
The problem is up to ten times worse in minority communities. Fresno police say a lot of the time it's harder to install child seats in older cars.
