Great food, carnival rides and well-known entertainers - they're all part of the fun this year at the Fresno Fairgrounds. Big Fresno Fair officials call it the biggest party between LA and Sacramento, and the 12-day party kicked off Wednesday morning. Jobin Panicker has more.
