The reward to find a valley killer has gone up by $15,000. The father of Randy Rios has put up $15,000 to find his son's killer. The body of the 29-year-old was was found inside his burned car on December 9th in an orchard near Central and Fowler Avenues.
Rios was last seen alive, around the Sanger area, the night before his body was discovered.
CrimeStoppers has also put up a $1,000 reward leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible. If you have any information you are being asked to call the Fresno County Sheriff's Office or CrimeStoppers at 498-STOP.
