For years, Leo Rios has been in pursuit of the perfect cup of coffee. He learned to roast his own beans, grind them for the freshest flavor, and brew each cup individually.
Two years ago, he opened Cafe Corazon in Fresno's tower district. It's where he serves his coffee recipe, to those who appreciate a perfect cup.
