It was chaos in the middle of Christmas Tree Lane, in Fresno, Tuesday night.
Fresno County Sheriff's deputies say a little before 8:30 p.m., several men in their teens or early 20's exchanged words with one another at the corner of Griffith and Van Ness. One of the men then stabbed the other in the stomach. Deputies believe this was not a random attack.
Witnesses say they saw the men yelling gang names at each other, before the stabbing happened.
Deputies arrested two suspects. The victim was taken to the hospital. Investigators say the victim was able to speak when he was taken there. No word yet on his condition.
The investigation in this case is still ongoing.
