(Press Release) Sheriff John Anderson has announced the identities of three Madera County men wanted in connection with Sunday night’s quadruple shooting.

Deputies are looking for 19-year-old James Agustus Neal, 35-year-old Timothy Wayne Maldonado, and 37-year-old Carlos Gene Maldonado

The Maldonado brothers are both convicted felons, and Neal is currently on probation for narcotics (Methamphetamine).

All three are wanted for Sunday night’s shooting near Sharon Blvd and Krohn Street, where four people were shot – two women and two men. Three of the victims suffered superficial wounds. The fourth victim, a male was transported to an area hospital (with multiple gunshot wounds). He is expected to survive.

An altercation of some kind broke out outside the home around 6:00 p.m. Sunday March 18th.

Sheriff John Anderson says it appears the shooting may have been drug related.

Sheriff Anderson also says that all three men should be considered armed and dangerous. An anonymous tip to CRIME STOPPERS that will result in the arrests of these three men could be worth up to a thousand dollars. The number for CrimeStoppers, 498-STOP.
