Its location on South K Street in Tulare has only been open for a month or so. But that hasn't stopped the Rosa Brothers Milk Company from spending each day turning out great products. From Root beer Milk to fresh Ice Cream, KSEE Sunrise got the full taste and tour on Wednesday morning.
