It has been helping developmentally disabled adults learn and create art since 1977. And Tuesday, Weather and Fun made it stop number 2 in its week-long tour of Visalia. From amazing art for sale to a special gift presented to the Center, there was plenty to see. But, if you have never experienced its Art and Creativity, just take a few minutes to soak it in!
