The operation began 10 days ago, and concluded several months of investigations on public and private lands.
Eleven marijuana gardens were raided in the following areas: the Walk of 100 Giants, Springville, Balch Park, Persian Creek, Bennett Creek near Three Rivers, and Dry Creek.
Authorities seized a total of 106,000 plants.
The total monetary value is $319,500,000.
Detectives also seized firearms, fertilizer, pesticides and rat poison.
Several animal carcasses were also found near the grow sites, including an endangered ring-tailed cat, and a bear cub.
Four arrests were made: 24 year old Isain Cruz, 28 year old Alberto Torres, Benito Mendoza, and 49 year old Jesus Aguilar. All are from Mexico.
Work is now being done to restore these areas to their natural state.
The Tulare Sheriff's Department is still investigating each of these cases.
