Bulldogs Win MWC Opener With a 52-40 Shootout Victory over San Diego State

The Fresno State Bulldogs win their Mountain West Conference opener with a 52-40 victory over San Diego State.

Quarterback Derek Carr tied a school record with 536 yards passing and 5 touchdown passes. Carr also set the school and MWC record with 42 completions.

The Bulldogs improve to (3-2, 1-0 in MWC). Fresno State will play at Colorado State next Saturday at 4 pm.
