Fresno State receiver Davante Adams was named to the College Football Performance Awards 2012 National Freshman of the Year Watch List.
The redshirt freshman out of Palo Alto, is one of 28 freshmen named to the watch list. Adams leads the Mountain West Conference in receptions (56), receptions per game (7.0), receiving yards (616), yards per game (77.0) and touchdown catches (seven).
When comparing him to all freshmen in the FBS, Adams ranks fourth in total receiving yards and is first in touchdown receptions.
