Fresno State's coaching search continues after apparent front runner Jim McElwain accepts position with Colorado State. McElwain is expected to be officially introduced by the Rams on Tuesday.
Reports out of Texas say Tim DeRuyter, Texas A & M Defensive Coordinator, is returning to Fresno State for a second interview. Fresno State is looking to hire a replace for Pat Hill, who was fired on December 4th at after 15 seasons as head coach of the Bulldogs.
