Fresno State guard Taylor Thompson was named the Mountain West Player of the Week after posting a career-high 23 points against CSU Bakersfield.
Thompson, a junior from Cache, Okla., scored a career-high 23 points, matched her career-high with 8 assists and had a team-high six rebounds in the Dogs 77-68 win over CSU Bakersfield in Fresno State's only game of the week on January 3rd.
Thompson is the first Bulldogs player to win the award this season.
