Tim DeRuyter, Fresno State head coach, is granting receiver Jalen Saunders his release from the Bulldogs football program but not without a few restrictions.
Saunders will be allowed to transfer at the end of the semester but he is not allowed to go to another school in the Mountain West Conference.
Fresno State's policy also allows DeRuyter to select three additional schools which Saunders will not be allowed to attend.
