Rashad Evans Honored by MAACO Las Vegas Bowl

Rashad Evans has been named the MAACO Las Vegas Bowl Mountain West Player of the Week for his performance against Wyoming.

The Fresno State receiver and punt returner earned the most votes in the two-year history of the award after scoring two touchdowns, one receiving and one on a 78-yard punt return, in the Bulldogs 42-14 win over Wyoming on Saturday. He finished with 125 yards on four punt returns to go with his six-yard TD catch.

In four games this season, Evans is averaging 14.1 yards per return and has 20 catches for 159 yards with four touchdowns.
