Mountain West to have a Conference Championship Football Game

The Mountain West will have an annual conference championship football game beginning on December 7, 2013.

The league will be divided into two 6-team divisions. The winner of each division will play in the conference championship game. The title game will be played at the home of the team with the highest BCS ranking.

Fresno Sate will play in the Mountain Division along with Nevada, UNLV, Hawaii, San Jose State and San Diego State.

The West Division will feature Boise State, Wyoming, Colorado State, Utah State, Air Force and New Mexico.

There will be no separate divisions for men's and women's basketball.
